In order to fully meet the needs of customers, Sany has launched a new generation of SY235H excavators that are mainly used for earthwork and also take into account stonework.
Product Features
- Efficient energy transfer:
Adopting Kawasaki’s full electronic control technology, with full electronic control main valve and handle, the controller can accurately control the valve core, reasonably distribute the flow, further reduce pressure loss, and reduce fuel consumption.
Optimize the control program, increase the energy transfer rate by 3%, further reduce fuel consumption, and reduce the comprehensive fuel consumption by about 6%.
- Excellent energy efficiency ratio:
Under the commonly used gear (S8 gear), the energy efficiency of SY235H exceeds 14% at most, and exceeds 8% at the highest gear.
Taking the commonly used gear as an example, the SY235H earns 255,600 yuan more than the previous generation of products after working for 2,000 hours.
- Accurate control and positioning
Adopting Kawasaki’s latest fully electronic control system, through the application of high-performance electric proportional control main valve, the controller can accurately control the valve core, greatly improving the operating performance.
The flat ground length is increased by 53% compared with the previous generation.
- Personalized configuration and adaptability:
The core is powerful and the adaptability to working conditions is excellent. It adopts high-performance electronically controlled main valve + electronically controlled operating handle + upgraded hydraulic controller to make each valve core adjustable, which can be matched and debugged according to different construction scenarios of customers.
According to different construction conditions, it is equipped with a 1.35 cubic meter earth bucket as standard and a 1.1~1.25 cubic meter rock bucket as optional to meet the diverse needs of customers.
- Intelligence and comfort:
The 10-inch large screen has been upgraded again, with higher system integration, all-in-one integration of body control and power management, and fewer parts.
Supports 4G network OTA upgrade, which is faster and safer, and adds a one-button summoning function; night parking lights are delayed, the front and back hand display screens are switched with one button, and the rear camera is configured to ensure driving safety.
- Environmental protection and economy:
The power system is equipped with a Deutz TCD5.7 engine with a power of 129kw, a 6-cylinder configuration, SCR post-processing, meeting the National IV emission standards, with purer emissions and lower fuel consumption.
The hydraulic system adopts Kawasaki’s fully electronically controlled hydraulic system. The main pump has outstanding advantages such as “low noise, high efficiency, and high pressure”. The main valve has a large flow rate, which effectively reduces the energy loss of the hydraulic system and greatly improves the operating performance.
These features make the Sany 235 excavator perform well in the market, not only improving work efficiency, but also enhancing the comfort and safety of operation.
