Used Doosan DX225 Excavator

DB58 series engines (such as DB58TI and DB58TIS) adopt inline six-cylinder, water-cooled turbocharged and intercooled technology, with a displacement of 5.785L, a rated power range of 108-115kW (2000-1950rpm), and a maximum torque output of over 500N・m.

DX225 is equipped with Kawasaki’s parallel inclined axis axial piston main pump (maximum flow 2×116L/min) and gear pilot pump (27.7L/min), combined with Doosan’s self-developed e-EPOS electronic control system to achieve intelligent coordination of power and hydraulics.

X-Chassis chassis structure is matched with a 600mm wide track, with a ground pressure of only 44kPa, which can still maintain stability on soft ground. The total length of the track is 4445mm, the ground clearance is 475mm, and the passability is better than the similar product 716.

The large and small arms are welded with cast steel boss and thickened steel plates, and super-hard wear-resistant plates are installed in key parts, which prolongs the service life by more than 20%. The bucket cutting edge is made of high-chromium alloy material, and the wear resistance is improved by 30%.

DX225 equipped with DB58 engine is mainly used in medium and large earthwork projects, mine stripping and infrastructure construction. Users have reported that it has “excellent full-load operation stability” and “timely supply of maintenance parts”, which is particularly suitable for long-term high-intensity working conditions.
