Lingong-75 is equipped with Yuchai National III electronic fuel injection engine with a rated power of 48/55kW, which provides sufficient power while meeting the environmental protection standards of different countries. With full-time four-wheel drive and various reinforced structural parts, it can easily cope with complex scenes such as 30-degree slopes and complex road curves. The operating weight of the whole machine is about 7.5 tons. The modular design not only strengthens the key load-bearing components, but also takes into account the stability and impact resistance. It is suitable for municipal construction, farmland conversion and earthworks.

The hydraulic system has a rated pressure of 32 MPa and is equipped with a standard bucket with a capacity of 0.25m³. The maximum digging depth is 4.3 meters, the maximum digging radius is 6.75 meters, and the traction force of the bucket is up to 60kN, which can quickly achieve loading, deep digging and leveling. The intelligent control system can optimize the power distribution, and the maximum travel speed can reach 30 kilometers per hour, with flexible steering and efficient working capabilities. The boom swing angle reaches 180 °, and the bulldozer uses an anti-sagging self-locking structure, which further improves the working accuracy in complex working conditions.

The cab is equipped with air conditioning and ergonomic seats as standard, and the control handle layout is ergonomically designed, which can effectively reduce the operator’s fatigue after a long time of work. The safety configurations include four-wheel drive braking system, electrical insulation protection, brake accumulator, etc. to ensure the safety of the operator’s driving and operation. In terms of maintenance, the modular design of each component supports the quick disassembly of maintenance personnel, and the daily maintenance points are centrally located. Combined with the intelligent fault diagnosis function, this can not only greatly reduce the maintenance difficulty and downtime, but also greatly improve the comprehensive equipment utilization rate.
