Zoomlion’s 25-ton crane is a high-performance lifting equipment equipped with a 5-section 42-meter U-shaped main arm, a maximum lifting torque of 1100kN・m, and a maximum lifting weight of 6.8 tons at full extension, which can meet the needs of medium and long arm lifting.



It adopts a three-axle heavy-duty chassis, adapted to Weichai 320 horsepower engine and Fast gearbox, with a maximum speed of 80km/h, and has both off-road passability and low fuel consumption characteristics (fuel consumption per 100 kilometers is 2-3 liters lower than that of competitors). The outrigger span is optimized to 6.3 meters, combined with 33.24 tons of deadweight and 7 tons of counterweight, with torque limiter and hydraulic lock to ensure operational stability.


The working weight of the Carter 329D is 29240kg, and it is equipped with a 1.1m³ bucket as standard (some mention 1.5m³). The slewing speed is 10.2rpm, the travel speed is ≤5.3km/h, and the climbing ability is 70%. The bucket digging force is 188kN, and the digging force of the bucket arm is 128kN.


This model integrates the intelligent 4.0A system, is equipped with a 7-inch touch screen torque limiter, and supports IoT remote monitoring and equipment condition analysis. It takes only 34 seconds to raise the arm and 75 seconds to extend the arm. The single rope speed reaches 120m/min, and the operating efficiency is improved by 30%. The double triangle turntable structure and large-section outriggers extend the life of key components by 20%.
