THBSMN 4-ton Telehandler

This THBSMN Telehandler is a 4 tons heavy-duty telescopic handler compliant with Euro V emission standards, with an optional National II engine available. Boasting well-balanced high-efficiency operation and stable performance in its core lifting capability and power configuration, it is suitable for material handling and aerial work in various scenarios such as construction, warehousing and engineering construction. The overall design is tailored to the operational requirements of complex working conditions.

This equipment is standard-fitted with a YCF36140-S500 four-stroke diesel engine with a rated power of 103kw and water cooling system, and a National II engine is also optional for flexible power selection. The diesel engine design combined with an efficient water cooling system delivers strong and stable power output, providing reliable power support for the machine’s lifting, driving and operation, and is suitable for the long-term continuous outdoor operation requirements of engineering equipment.

In terms of core operational performance, the equipment excels with outstanding capabilities: the maximum lifting capacity reaches 4000kg and the maximum lifting height up to 18000mm. It can still carry a load of 500kg at the maximum boom extension, easily handling aerial material transfer and stacking operations. With an overall weight of 12000kg, a maximum driving speed of 30km/h and a maximum gradeability of 30%, it maintains excellent driving and operational stability on complex road conditions such as ramps and unpaved roads, adapting to the operational needs of various working conditions.

The chassis and control design of the equipment balances flexibility and safety perfectly, equipped with three steering modes including 2WS (front wheel steering), 4WS (four wheel steering) and crab steering, which is suitable for steering and operation in narrow spaces. The front axle adopts a rigid structure and the rear axle is an oscillating axle, matched with 17.5-25 specification tires, ensuring excellent chassis support and ground adaptability. The braking system features four-wheel air brakes combined with a dual hydraulic system, and the parking brake is a mechanical type. The dual braking design greatly improves the safety factor during driving and operation. The overall dimension of the machine is 7200mm×2300mm×2500mm with a wheelbase of 3800mm, featuring a compact structure and stable operation.
