The all-new THBSMN 420F backhoe loader is built for high-efficiency operation, with an overall operating weight of 7600KG. It is equipped with a Yunnei Power 4102 four-stroke water-cooled engine delivering a rated power of 76KW, ensuring strong and stable power output. Boasting dual core capabilities of loading and digging, it features a loading bucket capacity of 1.7m³ and a loading lifting capacity of 2800KG, along with a backhoe bucket capacity of 0.35m³ and a maximum digging depth of 4100mm, plus a 190° swing angle of the backhoe. It flexibly adapts to various engineering scenarios such as earth excavation and material loading/unloading, delivering outstanding operational efficiency.
The equipment is crafted with high-quality core configurations, boasting an excellent transmission and traveling system. It is matched with a YJ280 single-stage three-element torque converter and a fixed shaft power shift gearbox with 2 forward and 2 reverse gears, reaching a maximum speed of 30Km/h. Fitted with Feicheng Yunyu double reduction drive axles, paired with (F)14-17.5 front tires and (R)19.5L-24 rear engineering tires, it generates a maximum pulling force of 39KN with a minimum ground clearance of 300mm, ensuring strong passability on complex terrain. With a steering angle of ±36°, the air-over-oil caliper service brake comes with self-regulation and self-balance functions, making operation and driving safer and more flexible.
The 420F backhoe loader features a high-efficiency hydraulic system and rich expandability. The hydraulic system operates at a pressure of 22Mpa with an excavator grab digging power of 46.5KN; the bucket lifting, lowering and discharge times are only 5.4S, 3.1S and 2.0S respectively, enabling smooth and efficient movements. The equipment supports a variety of auxiliary tools and power upgrades: it can be refitted with Yuchai 85KW, Cummins 75KW/93KW engines, and optional accessories including front loader/backhoe quick couplers, hydraulic breakers, log grapples and 4-in-1 buckets. It also allows the installation of extended backhoe arms and hydraulic side-shift H-type outriggers, easily adapting to customized operational needs such as crushing, grabbing, leveling and drilling, and meeting the diversified working condition requirements of different projects in a one-stop manner.
